Charles River Media was excited to work with one of our long standing clients, eClinicalWorks, to help film demos for their latest product, Sunoh.ai. Sunoh.ai is a medical AI scribe used for clinical documentation. Sunoh.ai improves the efficiency of clinical documentation by allowing providers to focus entirely on their patient while the product documents the entire patient conversation. CRMi helped show how Sunoh.ai works by filming multiple videos showcasing the product for different specialities, including Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Orthopedics. Two versions of the cardiology video were created – one in Spanish, and one in English. Prior to the shoot, CRMi provided casting services and consulted on the design to help build a doctor’s office set at eClinicalWorks’ headquarters. During post-production, CRMi created multiple animated graphics for each video to highlight how the product captures doctor-patient engagement in real time.
