In 2023, Alexander Heffner reached out to Charles River Media to film an episode of his television show Breaking Bread with Alexander. In his show, Heffner shares meals with prominent politicians, fostering honest conversations about the state of America. Past guests include Senators Cory Booker, Mark Kelly, Wes Moore, and Lisa Murkowski. CRMi was excited to work with Alexander and Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey (who we also filmed at the Renewing Democracy Summit with Hillary Rodham Clinton) After a three camera shoot capturing Heffner and Healey’s conversation over lunch, we jumped on a boat and filmed their ride in the Boston Harbor. The best part? Maura Healey bonding with CRMi legend Bruce Petschek over foldable kayaks! Heffner’s second season launched on July 4th, 2024 on Bloomberg TV and you can watch the episode here.
