Hybrid Investor Meeting with LED Video Wall

Charles River Media (CRMi) once again provided video production for the 5AM Ventures 2025 investor meeting right here in our hometown of Boston at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Previously, we worked with 5AM Ventures at their Limited Partner Meeting in San Francisco in 2023.

For this year’s meeting, 5AM Ventures wanted to upgrade the look and feel of the event by moving away from traditional video projection screens and pipe and drape to a modern LED video wall.

Measuring 45 feet wide by 10 feet tall, the LED screen boasted over 6 million pixels to display ultra-wide video content created by CRMi.

Combined with textured lighting, these elements formed a cohesive visual and immersive experience for guests – please take a look at the video below. During presentations, the ultra-wide screen transitioned to display slide decks overlaid on top of a branded digital backdrop.

Taking into account audience seating needs, staging, power requirements, and ceiling height, our planning team worked to design a screen solution that worked well in the room. This allowed us to maximized visual impact, with the top of the screen coming within inches of the ceiling.

Our video production services included sound reinforcement and live broadcast audio mixing, video display and slide show support, stage and architectural lighting, and live streaming and recording. We also provided hybrid meeting support in a breakout room and digital signage solutions.

Following the event, our post-production team packaged each presentation into web-ready video files to be shared on-demand.
