Originally postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Wellesley College proudly welcomed back the Class of 2020 for a long-awaited Commencement celebration during the 2025 Reunion Weekend. Having partnered with Wellesley on numerous high-profile events—including the HRCC Summit—our team at CRMi was brought in to provide full event production and live streaming for this special occasion in Alumnae Hall.

Our comprehensive production services included:

• Five-camera live stream and recording to capture every moment from multiple angles
• Live, human-generated captioning for accessibility and inclusivity
• Sound reinforcement and broadcast audio mixing for a crystal-clear experience on-site and online
• Video projection to display slideshows to the in-room audience
• Lighting design to create a polished and celebratory atmosphere

It was a privilege to help give the Class of 2020 the celebration they deserved, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration with Wellesley College on meaningful and memorable events.
